For DP World, Sustainability means generating maximum value for customers and stakeholders, while helping build local economies and mitigate the environmental impact of our activities.  Sustainability is embodied in our corporate values, and manifested in our overriding concern with safety and security, efforts to create new jobs and training opportunities, and participation in global policy forums on climate change and the environment.

DP World has organised its global environment and social programmes around well-defined policies, themes and demonstration projects. Collectively, these tools are designed to be flexible enough to allow our terminals to meet local needs, while generating powerful synergies across the network.  We seek out opportunities that are impactful, scalable, and linked to our core business.  While philanthropy has its place, we favour longer-term, multi-party engagements over one-off contributions.  We invite you to read about our work in the following pages, and welcome feedback and partnership enquires.
